If you thrive in an in-office environment, are ready to answer incoming calls, responding to new and current customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, manage appointments and coordinate legal document preparation, then this position is just for you!
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
fluent in spoken and written english (At least C1 level)
Applicants must be located in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco
(Since this is an in-office position)
high school diploma or bachelor's degree
Experience in similar administrative positions (6 months or more)
Proficient Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office
Detail-Oriented, Organized, and Committed
What You'll Be Doing:
Support Attorneys with administrative needs
Assist in Legal Documentation (Non-litigation)
Schedule and confirm appointments for lawyers in the United States
Draft, proofread, and file/send legal documents
Provide customer updates and answer questions (phone/e-mail/chat)
Set appointments and lead maintenance
